Examples: The Proactive Electronic Records Management (PERM) Program Office (PPO) manages a multi-million dollar custom software development effort to provide enterprise electronic records management. TAA personnel served as the program’s Requirements Manager and: provided oversight and analysis for all new change requests and discrepancies to the system development team; worked with PPO’s customers to determine whether new requirements were needed to add customer-based functionality to the PERM system; worked with the testing team to validate new product releases prior to deployment to the client’s production servers; managed the day-to-day client relationship; worked with the program sponsor to determine and map out the future direction of the program; and organized and facilitated the Customer Advisory Board, as well as Technical exchange meetings with customer groups on wide-ranging technical and business issues that impacted the product’s development.
TAA staff performed a variety of system engineering tasks in support of the Management of Officially Released Information (MORI) project. MORI is an agency-wide imaging system providing release officers with electronic document management, automated case tracking and management, document full-text search (FTS), on-line document reduction and annotation, and automated workflow management. TAA personnel led the MORI Close Support Team providing Agency staff systems support, training, and trouble resolution; served as business process facilitator for the MORI Program Office, providing each new user group with expert advice on how to best use the MORI system and how to fit their business processes within the MORI system; and participated in all aspects of both system and user acceptance testing.
